Return an item
If, for any reason you are not satisfied of your order, you can return one or some of the products within 10 days after reception of your package following instructions below.

Besides the possibility of benefiting from the delay of ten (10) days, in accordance with our Policy of returns, You have the right of retraction of seven (7) days envisaged by law to return the articles to Us without any justification of motive.

Before sending us back the items you want to return, fill the return form included in your package.

The return of a parcel without the form will be refused.

In the package or the envelope return, send us back unsuitable articles for you as well as the return form (completely filled in); be sure that products are in the same condition as the moment you received them, with, if necessary, protections, labels and original packaging.

Expenses of returns are at your expense, except in case of damaged delivery or for articles without accordance to your order.

Any damaged, incomplete product, without origin packing, damaged, dirtied will be refused.

Once all required conditions has been respected and after condition control of the goods, we will reimburse the entirety of the price of your products,  shipping charges excepted.However, we will not accept the return of your order if all required conditions are not fulfilled: under these conditions, clothes will possibly be returned at your address and at your own expenses.

Exchange an article
If you are not satisfied by color, size or model of the article you bought, you can exchange or return it to receive a refund equal to the cost of the product. For an exchange, the procedure is the same as a return.

Before sending us back the items you want to exchange, fill the return form included in your package.

Cost of return
We remind you that expenses of return are at your expense. We inform you, however, that expenses of expedition of your order will not be reimbursed except in case of damaged delivery or for articles without accordance to your order.

Refund
Once your return package will be received and made sure that all conditions has been respected, you will receive a confirmation mail of acceptance of this return and will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

The delay of refund depends on the bank that issued the credit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (which is equivalent to a refund) will be the same as the debit. As a result of that, you will not be penalized by banking interests.
