The present general terms of sale are applied in an exclusive way between the society JUNE INSPIRATION, SARL, 171 rue Saint Maur, 75011 Paris (below to "We") and every person visiting or performing a purchase via the site www.spicyjune.com (below to "You").
SPICYJUNE is a commercial brand used and operated by JUNE INSPIRATION ltd.
Every Internet user can acquaint himself with General terms of sale on the site www.spicyjune.com (below the "Site"). These General terms of sale could be the subject of modifications; applicable conditions are those in force on the Site in the date of signing of your order.
Article 2: Contract
2.1 Conditions to perform an order
You declare to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to be holder of a parental consent allowing you to perform an order on the Site.
2.2 Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and JUNE INSPIRATION will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been despatched. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock.
Article 3: Price, availability and delivery
Products prices shown on the site www.spicyjune.com are pointed out in euro including any French taxes (VAT French and other applicable taxes), except participation at the expense of shipping and packing presents charges. French VAT rate is 19,6%.
We can accept your orders within the limits of the available supplies. We inform You about the availability of articles sold on the Site on the page of information of every article.
If, in spite of our alertness, articles are unavailable, We will inform You about it by e-mail as soon as possible.
In case of permanent unavailability, and if We cannot give You an article of quality and of equivalent price, Your order will be automatically cancelled and the refund performed immediately.
Article 4: Customs duties
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside France could be subjected to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes linked to the delivery of an article are charged to you and are recovering from your responsibility. We are not required to prove and to inform You about customs duties and applicable taxes. To know them, We recommend You to enquire to the competent authorities of your country.
Article 5: Secure payment
The only payments we accept are credits cards and Paypal. However, we cannot take the liberty of blocking an order (because it implicates its immediate withdrawal of our supply) without having received the final permission of payment.
Payment by credit card or by Paypal guarantee the delivery of your order as soon as possible.
Cards issued by domiciled banks out of France inevitably have to be international bank cards.
Article 6: Returns and exchanges
Besides the possibility of benefiting from the delay of ten (10) days, in accordance with our Policy of returns, You have the right of retraction of seven (7) days envisaged by law to return the articles to Us without any justification of motive.
6.1. Return an item
If, for any reason you are not satisfied of your order, you can return one or some of the products within 10 days after reception of your package following instructions below.
Before sending us back the items you want to return, fill the return form included in your package.
The return of a parcel without the form will be refused.
In the package or the envelope return, send us back unsuitable articles for you as well as the return form (completely filled in); be sure that products are in the same condition as the moment you received them, with, if necessary, protections, labels and original packaging.

Expenses of returns are at your expense, except in case of damaged delivery or for articles without accordance to your order.
Any damaged, incomplete product, without origin packing, damaged, dirtied will be refused.
Once all required conditions has been respected and after condition control of the goods, we will reimburse the entirety of the price of your products, shipping charges excepted.However, we will not accept the return of your order if all required conditions are not fulfilled: under these conditions, clothes will possibly be returned at your address and at your own expenses.
6.2. Exchange an article
If you are not satisfied by color, size or model of the article you bought, you can exchange or return it to receive a refund equal to the cost of the product. For an exchange, the procedure is the same as a return.
Before sending us back the items you want to exchange, fill the return form included in your package.
6.3 Cost of return
We remind you that expenses of return are at your expense. We inform you, however, that expenses of expedition of your order will not be reimbursed except in case of damaged delivery or for articles without accordance to your order.
6.4. Refund
Once your return package will be received and made sure that all conditions has been respected, you will receive a confirmation mail of acceptance of this return and will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
The delay of refund depends on the bank that issued the credit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (which is equivalent to a refund) will be the same as the debit. As a result of that, you will not be penalized by banking interests.

The present general terms of sale are subjected to French law and to the Convention of Vienna on the contracts of international sale of goods. All disputations relating to the trade relations existing between You and Us are subjected to the not exclusive French competence of jurisdiction.

The mark "SPICYJUNE, illustrations, logos and slogans, drawings and models appearing on the site are and remain the exclusive property of the company JUNE INSPIRATION. Reproduction in whole or in part, without express prior consent of the company JUNE INSPIRATION, is strictly prohibited under Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the Code of intellectual property and constitutes an infringement and a crime.
Article 13 : Minimum of purchase
The minimum purchase allowed is 39 euros on www.spicyjune.com. All orders under 39 euros can not be processed.
